Wow, the year 2019 is over and checking all my miles for the year and I have accumulated over 115.000 miles.
Lets check this number in detail:
1) Credit card (Mastercard Luxair/AMEX Premium) 55.000
2) hotels (booking.com/points.com) 27.000
3) flights (24 flights, mostly with *A, Luxair and Qatar Airways) 22.000
4) payback points 10.000
5) car rentals (national) 2.000
I wanted to get more miles, but I did not believe that it will be that amount at the end.
For 2020, I am already planning to max it out.
– paying almost everthing with AMEX and Luxair Mastercard
– get more miles from hotels
– check more in detail Payback, to get even more points
so stayed tuned 😉
I have now also a British Airways Executive Account.
Maybe I will use boking.com to get Avios as average amount is 4Avios/1£
Also the silver status can be almost earned with a single trip in Business class, eg Europe – Doha – Male
